ABOUT US

Several years ago, when just trying to make it through the hustle and bustle of everyday life, we had neglected our nutrition, fitness, and overall wellness. We felt awful and we had to ask ourselves - is this the way we want to live?

We needed a change. We needed to take better care of ourselves. But we had no idea where to start. We began focusing on our nutrition and exercise, consuming whatever information we could find. We made a lot of mistakes and learned through trial-and-error.

After years of this, and figuring out what really works, we finally started to see the changes we had wanted. As we reflected back, we wondered: Does the road to better health really have to be so long and winding? 

So we created the Well Focused Health Club, to give others the guidance and support we wish we had when we embarked on our health and wellness journey.
